BENJAMIN DUDLEY, General Manager

Originally from Washington state, Benjamin’s career and family took him to Tennessee for 5 years from 2009-2014, also to Oregon for 5 years from 2014-2019, and now Alabama for the past year.  He currently lives in Athens, AL with his wife and 5 children. 

Benjamin started his professional career in the green industry in 2000 as a turf technician and accepted his first management role in 2006.  Over the past nearly 20 years he has excelled in green industry roles as project estimator, construction manager, maintenance account manager, sales manager, and vice president among others.  Early in his career he grew a passion for plants, hardscapes, retaining walls, water features, outdoor lighting, irrigation, and maintenance pushing the limits of design/installation and what was possible in the climates and markets he served in.   

Benjamin loves leading people and helping them develop new skills on the way to setting, reaching, and exceeding goals in their personal and professional lives resulting in increased levels of life balance, success, and joy.  He also enjoys building, developing, and implementing programs, processes, and procedures to improve company culture as well as quality and consistency of customers experience. 

In his spare time, Benjamin faithfully serves in his church community and IAM4 Men’s Movement in Alabama and nationwide.  He and his wife are passionate about World Vision and helping to provide aid to children around the world.  He also loves spending time outdoors with family and friends including running, hiking, playing sports, and gardening.  When he’s not serving family, church, and community Benjamin is an avid reader seeking to always improve and be a lifelong learner.
