BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVES
Locations: Birmingham, Fort Payne & Huntsville, AL
We are seeking confident and self motivated individuals who will aggressively grow our commercial and residential landscape business associated within the specific branch’s specific location. This sales professional should be focused on prospecting, quickly uncovering sales opportunities, and winning new business within assigned territory. Must deliver the best in class service while increasing sales and profitability. Our BDR positions are both challenging and rewarding, held to a high standard of communication not only with our clients but with fellow team members as well.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Actively driving the full sales cycle to attain new business by making introductory calls, qualifying the opportunity, overcoming objections and winning new work
Perform outbound call campaigns designed to qualify sales and purchasing opportunities
Present proposals for contract services
Develop and maintain an ongoing record of existing and potential new customers in the surrounding area
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales budget in assigned territory
Communicate pro-actively with all customer requests and leads daily to build and maintain a trust based professional relationship
Attend trade shows and conferences as needed
Regular communication and coordination with operation team members and decision makers
Requirements:
Highly competitive, positive and result driven sales aptitude
Dedication to continual self improvement
Resilience and an ability to overcome objections with strong negotiation skills
Track record of success
Working experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
Must have a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
