CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGERS

Locations: Fort Payne & Huntsville, AL & Chattanooga, TN

We are seeking personable and self motivated individuals who will aggressively grow our relationship with our clients at both commercial and residential properties associated within the specific branch’s specific location. This sales professional should be focused on prospecting, quickly uncovering enhancement opportunities, and encouraging new business within assigned territory. The right candidate must deliver the best in class service while increasing sales and profitability. Our Client Relationship Manager positions are both challenging and rewarding. These team members are held to a high standard of communication, not only with our clients but with fellow team members as well.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Actively driving full sales cycle to attain new enhancements by identifying & qualifying the opportunity, overcoming objections & winning new work

  • Maintain a record of these opportunities and following up accordingly

  • Present proposals for enhancement services to our current properties

  • Develop & maintain an ongoing record of existing customers in the surrounding area

  • Meet & exceed monthly & annual sales budget in assigned territory

  • Communicate proactively with all customer requests & leads daily to build & maintain a trust based professional relationship

  • Conduct regular property audits to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of customer service

  • Maintain regular communication and coordination with operation team members and decision makers

Requirements:

  • Horticultural and landscape enhancement knowledge preferred, but not required

  • Highly competitive, positive and result-driver sales aptitude

  • Dedication to continual self-improvement and attention to detail

  • Resilience and an ability to overcome objections with strong negotiation skills

  • Track record of success

  • Working experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)

  • Must have a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record

  • Meet physical/body position requirements as stated by the Americans with Disabilities Act Section 4.0
