DATABASE ADMNISTRATOR
Location: Fort Payne, AL
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team by training staff on the proper use of our database ensuring accurate and consistent processes throughout the company. This person will be a “super user” resource for the operational, sales, and administrative teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Be able to understand the production system at a very detailed level
Thoughtfully present options to accomplish work within the functionality of the software with scalability in mind
Support all areas of the business by using both the production software’s functionality & critical thinking skills
Ensure consistency of data input between markets, positions, etc.
Create & manage templates for consistency across all markets/teams
Manage certifications; what is needed, what needs renewing & when, manage compliance issues that might create risk issues due to unnecessary gaps in certification
Manage training needed for new hires
Build, manage & track weekly training sessions across all markets
Keep record of who received what training & when
Proactively schedule training sessions after new Aspire software updates
Create training videos as a point of reference for ongoing training needs
Create streamlined internal processes to best achieve business goals
Work with the Leadership Team, as needed, to investigate & correct operational issues created by non-compliant processes & create new processes as the company grows
Ensure business operations are compliant with company policies & industry best practices
Support Branch Managers, etc. in preparation for operational reviews, as well as team reviews
Own certain normalize processes within the Aspire functionality; manage landscape maintenance contract renewal process-Budget vs Actual Reviews, review with CRM’s and BM’s
Other duties assigned as needed
