MELISSA ROE, Business Resource Manager

Melissa is a local and native to Fort Payne, AL. She’s also no stranger to the office environment: she first went to work at 16 at an optometrist’s office and has spent her career focusing on accounts payables and receivables, along with other administrative functions. She brings a wide range of experience and strengths when it comes to the professional office environment. Melissa takes great satisfaction in being productive, organized, and disciplined, all of which translate effortlessly in the demands of her role as Business Resource Manager. In her role, Melissa creates value for our team through onboarding new clients, creating accurate and timely invoices, and providing support for clients through her collection processes. She also enjoys her role working in our Builder Services market. She takes great pride working with each job from the time it’s built all the way through to payment, all the while helping with many other administrative tasks. Although she may come across as a no-nonsense-all-business professional, Melissa naturally seeks areas of agreement and is quick to recognize any evidence of potential in others and enjoys helping her co-workers succeed.

When not working, she and her husband, Bryan, enjoy spending time with their family horseback riding, kayaking, and hiking.
