ROSI MACMARTINEZ, Director of First Impressions

Rosi’s natural strength in positivity lends itself perfectly to her role as Director of First Impressions (DFI) for Turf Tamer:  she brings a contagious enthusiasm and infuses joy into everything we do, as she instinctively takes delight in meeting and greeting people.  Rosi loves the process of learning and improving, and she has a great deal of stamina to achieve results.  She employs her commitment to stable values and a strong sense of responsibility through a wide variety of tasks like onboarding new employees and fielding new client leads; administering employee benefits; coordinating our social media presence; proactively communicating schedule updates and changes with clients for our construction projects;  conducting recruiting campaigns to find great team members; and supporting every aspect of the business. 

As parents of two beautiful daughters, Rosi and her husband enjoy spending quality time as a family. Rosi enjoys the outdoors, especially in the summertime going to the river, cooking out and just having fun.
